IdleAire needed a highly reliable, flexible, future-proof and integrated software
infrastructure to support their business goals. Cadre5 devised a web-centric
infrastructure, end points such as point of sale systems interact with
services at the core data center via a Java based application server. Monitoring
and control systems use web transports where appropriate.
A full-time, Cadre5 Project Manager was assigned to ensure a comfortable and
reliable communication channel. Flexible development teams, able to work on
and off site, were assembled, giving Cadre5 unparalleled responsiveness to
the project’s day-to-day needs. In addition to the face-to-face, daily
management and blended-team collaboration, Cadre5 provides IdleAire with a
weekly progress report to highlight breakthroughs, advancements, missing pieces,
and next steps.
